Contrary?

Two sofas each six foot long,
or warm and soft VetBed in an elevated position so all activity can be monitored (with a window propped slightly ajar so we can sniff the outside without being in a draught):

So where does she insist on settling down?

Right underfoot where we cannot get to the fridge or move around without standing on her . . . I do love my dog 😍😍

  1. Perhaps it's cooler on the floor for her?
We have a large comfy dog bed in our bedroom for Annie to sleep in but where does she prefer to sleep all night? On the floor underneath our bed! :)

    1. She's not a dog who overheats Eileen, it was more wanting to be as close to Daddy as possible (maybe Annie wants to be closer to you both at night than her comfy bed allows?)

  2. Well, of course. After all she is the queen. Hope you had a lovely outing.

  3. I have the same problem with one of my cats, she will sleep anywhere except the various comfy cat beds and igloos provided and has more than once been stood on. She is currently curled up in the corner behind the running machine :)

    1. Thanks Eunice, Daisy was nearly stood on more than once . . .

  4. Well obviously. There must be some sort of equation regarding the amount of time feeling miffed at being moved against the amount of time being at the centre of things. This goes for my cat too. :-)

    1. And the winner is . . . giggle . . . thanks K. Knowing Daisy, it was all about being right in the middle of what we were doing - in between where Daddy was sitting and where I was standing. She did relent later and lay on her bed, but only when M. had gone for a walk by himself and I was sitting at the far end of the van with her.
