Three mile walk to nowhere

Fancied somewhere a little different this morning and the weather forecast indicated it would be dry until lunchtime.

The weather forecast fibbed ....

but Daisy and I still managed a lovely 3 mile wander up the old miner's track towards Force Crag Mine and back again.

    1. Hi Cumbrian, parked in a tiny little spot above Braithwaite, room for half a dozen cars, but didn't see anyone else until I was on my way back. Reckon they will have got even wetter than we did :}

  2. The weather forecasters are well practiced fibbers. It still looks beautiful with the bracken, even in the rain.

    1. I don't think they fib deliberately Jessica! It was lovely, albeit damp.

  3. Must have missed a couple of posts. Hope the rain didn't cause you too much of a problem, but still looks gorgeous up there.

    1. Sorry Susan :} Trying to both get back into the habit of posting AND catch up on some of the backlog.
