Early Christmas present

This afternoon Santa arrived in a big tractor with a trailer attached. With six stitches in my arm I will not be shifting it any time soon.

  1. If that is what I think it is, we have plenty of it on the farm and good machinery to shift it with - wish you lived nearer. Hope the arm is soon recovered.

  2. Yes Pat, it is just what you think it is! I wish I lived nearer to you too. Arm is good thanks.

Sue - I shall have to find you a prize. You definitely get the Hobbit Award for Best Blog Comment of the Year!

SewAli, if you go calling cow shit "yummy" people will think you are as strange as me . . .

  3. Black gold ...lots of it! I'm jealous!
Hope your arm heals quickly and the results are good ...I've had a few moles removed for the same reason, so I know how it feels!

Have a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year Bilbo :)

  4. Oh that looks fab stuff! Hope the arm is better soon. Have a good one!

  5. Hi Nutty, oh yes "black gold" indeed. Do you have a nearby stables or famer you could befriend? Most stables I know are desperate to get rid fo the stuff if you'll take it away. Look forward to reading about progress on your pond in the new year.

Amanda, it's now covered with a tarp and is most certainly fab stuff!

Arm is doing well, thank you both.

Thank you for leaving comments, I love receiving them; sometimes they are the only way I know I am not talking to myself . . . 😊
