Daily routine?

As Daisy needed her morning walk and I needed a couple of things from Booths in Keswick, it was a no-brainer to combine the two and we both enjoyed a 90 minute potter at Derwentwater.  Sometimes, life is very good :}

No idea what Daisy thought she was doing heading off down the jetty . . .

  1. What gorgeous photos. Certainly makes me want to come back. It must have been a lovely day for a walk by the look of it and maybe a bit cool? Now Daisy knows that if she fell in, you'd jump in and save her, so she is brave enough now near water to take a look at whatever caught her eye. Take care.

    1. Chuckling at your comment Susan. Official advice is always that if a dog falls into water the owner should not go in as well. I've never met a dog owner who'd stand on a jetty or river bank and watch their animal in difficulties - although if I did meet that sort of person I'd be tempted to push them in and hold them under :}

      So, when are you coming back? It was a typical Lakeland day - bit damp, bit sunny, bit of a mixture :}

    1. Absolutely right Sue, and she wandered up there of her own volition. No idea where she thought she was going . . .

    1. If she's Big Ears, does that make me Noddy?

      I reckon she could double for Dobby in a Harry Potter remake :}
