Too busy to blog?

We're still here - getting loads done thanks to the unexpected good weather.

Completely cream-crackered at the end of every day so blog will have to wait - but there will be loads of progress and pictures when I finally do sit down at the computer!

  1. I know the feeling well - it took me 20 odd hours to write up half a dozen entries.

Looking forward to a deluge of entries when you have a spare hour or ten and some energy left. Hard work this blogging lark isn't it!

  2. Cheers James! The blogs are not hard work, but they do sometimes take more time than I seem to have {grin}. When it starts to be a chore I will stop - until then, they are a record for me of what we're building here and it is good that our friends can share in that progress.

  3. Let's try this again! WhooHoo!! You need to take a break, girl!! Stop the teasing and show us what you've been working on. Besides, I need another shot of inspiration. :)

  4. Hi FFG, it's raining today and the builders are here so I'm hoping to settle down at the PC and do some MAJOR catching up. I have rough notes written each day so I remember what I did, just got to sort out a photo or two.

  5. 'bout time too!

Actually, I find that the longer I leave between blog entries, the more effort it is to post - in fact, I experimented with a six month stretch of daily posts a couple of years ago, but then you HAVE TO post, which is no fun either!

Looking forward to seeing what you've been up to!

  6. Sorry Hazel, not going to happen today :{ I've "hit a wall" and am way past tired ..... but I did go silly as it is a "root" day and put all my potatoes into tubs in the greenhouse this morning!

  7. Billbo, I know what you mean about being too busy to blog!! My brain is just fried at the end of the day and I can't even face the prospect. I've been working diligently trying to bring my poor yard into some semblance of order. The beds are looking much better, but the leaves are still raining down - as they will for several weeks to come. By the time they're done, my rake will just about have grown to my hands!!! I'd love to share my leaves with you, too!! I use what I can, but there's just too many of them. I do share with friends, though, and they even come help rake them up sometimes.

  8. FFG - do you have one of these co-operative or community gardens nearby? Maybe there is a group who would like to come and take all your lovely leafmoud-in-waiting?
